Helping women live intentionally in body, life, and faith.

About Me

I’m so glad you’re here.

Writing about myself isn’t always easy, but I’m grateful for the opportunity to share a little of my story.

My journey has been one of growth, faith, and learning through both challenges and blessings.

Like many people, I’ve faced seasons where life felt overwhelming and uncertain.

Over seven years ago, I reached a point where I felt completely lost and unsure of where my faith was leading me.

I remember crying out to God, asking Him to show me something different because I couldn’t continue living the way I had been.

Looking back, it amazes me how quietly we can carry our struggles.

On the outside everything looked fine, but inside I felt forgotten, unloved, and unsure of my purpose.

God Is Always Good

During that difficult season, God began opening doors in ways I never expected.

While searching online for help for a friend, I came across information about a weekend retreat.

I didn’t even know what a retreat was at the time, but something about it stirred hope in me.

That weekend became the beginning of a journey that helped rebuild my spiritual foundation and deepen my understanding of God’s love.

Through that experience and the years that followed, I came to truly believe that God created each of us with purpose.

He desires more for our lives than simply getting through the day...He invites us to live abundantly in Him.

Today my heart is to help Christian women especially moms who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure of what comes next in their lives.

So many women spend years caring for everyone else that they forget how to care for themselves.

I know what it feels like to struggle with the pressure of trying to do everything and feeling guilty when we fall short

of the expectations we place on ourselves.

I want women to know that it is okay to slow down, reflect, and begin making choices that bring greater peace and clarity to their lives.

Healing Takes Time

Part of this journey involves recognizing the stories we tell ourselves.

Beliefs that say we must do everything perfectly or constantly say “yes” in order to be a good Christian woman.

Learning to set healthy boundaries and focus on what truly matters can bring a sense of freedom and peace back into our homes and hearts.

Healing and growth take time, but every step forward matters.

My Goal

My goal is to walk alongside women as they begin making intentional choices that support their overall well-being.

Our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are deeply connected.

When we begin caring for these areas together, life becomes more balanced and meaningful.

Through writing, coaching, and wellness education, I hope to offer encouragement, resources, and practical guidance for women who want

to grow in faith and live more intentionally.

I’ve been blessed by many people who have encouraged and supported me along my own journey. Now it is my joy to pass that encouragement on to others.

If my story resonates with you, I invite you to explore the resources on this site

and begin taking your own next step toward intentional living.
